26 May You don’t have to be an Angel to rock a Halo!
For this new Hair Extension trend, you really don’t!
One of the newest trends on the hair extension scene is a Custom Colored Halo. These nifty little contraptions are super easy to wear, cost effective, and pack an insane amount of punch and volume to your tresses. Considered a temporary piece, you’re able to take them in and out of your hair yourself. They come in a variety of colors, lengths, and thicknesses to amp up any women’s style.
If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you’ve probably already seen me getting ready for in the am, jamming out to Jay-Z, and throwing in one of these gems After going through the grueling process of growing out my pixie, my hair finally reached a length where adding in a halo would not only make sense, but look amazing.
I have a special place in my heart for hair extensions and giving transformative looks to my clients. It forgot how fun it was to use this Halo to transform myself every morning. A good length to start thinking about adding one of these to your hair regimen would be around the mid neck mark, a.k.a. The Lob. At this length, the hair has enough weight to support the halo, and also beef up skinny/skimpy ends if needed. I will warn you though, hair extensions of any kind are extremely addictive
Since introducing my original custom halo 6 months ago, I have graduated into a longer set and can be seen flipping them around, and tying them up into cute little mini top knots and messy space buns:
